Elonce repas\u00f3 los montos, topes y nuevas prestaciones establecidas en la Resoluci\u00f3n 361\/2025.<\/header>\n<header><\/header>\n<header>El Gobierno nacional public\u00f3 este jueves en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial la\u00a0<b>Resoluci\u00f3n 361\/2025<\/b>, mediante la cual defini\u00f3 los montos m\u00ednimos y m\u00e1ximos que percibir\u00e1n jubilados, titulares de AUH y beneficiarios de asignaciones familiares a partir del mes de\u00a0<b>diciembre de 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>La actualizaci\u00f3n implica un\u00a0<b>aumento del 2,34%<\/b>, directamente vinculado al \u00edndice de inflaci\u00f3n de octubre informado por el INDEC.<\/p>\n<p>La medida, firmada por el director ejecutivo de ANSES,\u00a0<b>Fernando Omar Bearzi<\/b>, establece un ajuste que alcanza a millones de beneficiarios del sistema previsional y de las prestaciones de la seguridad social.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos\/2025\/10\/20\/e_1760986403_17303.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Jubilados: cu\u00e1nto cobrar\u00e1n desde diciembre<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 de la resoluci\u00f3n fija el\u00a0<b>haber m\u00ednimo jubilatorio en $340.879,59<\/b>, mientras que el art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 determina que el\u00a0<b>haber m\u00e1ximo ascender\u00e1 a $2.293.796,92<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, el art\u00edculo 3\u00b0 actualiza las\u00a0<b>bases imponibles m\u00ednima y m\u00e1xima<\/b>, que quedaron en:<\/p>\n<p><b>-Base m\u00ednima:<\/b>\u00a0$14.808,17<\/p>\n<p><b>-Base m\u00e1xima:<\/b>\u00a0$3.731.212,01<\/p>\n<p>Ambos valores regir\u00e1n para los aportes y contribuciones correspondientes al per\u00edodo devengado diciembre 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El art\u00edculo 4\u00b0 eleva tambi\u00e9n los componentes del sistema previsional:<\/p>\n<p><b>-Prestaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica Universal (PBU):<\/b>\u00a0$155.936,86<\/p>\n<p><b>-Pensi\u00f3n Universal al Adulto Mayor (PUAM):<\/b>\u00a0$272.703,67<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estas actualizaciones buscan sostener el ingreso previsional b\u00e1sico y mantener la proporcionalidad del esquema de haberes que integran el sistema de la Ley 24.241.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos\/2025\/10\/15\/e_1760571370_30861.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>AUH y asignaciones: aumentos definidos para diciembre 2025<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las jubilaciones, la Resoluci\u00f3n 361\/2025 establece un incremento del\u00a0<b>2,34%<\/b>\u00a0para la\u00a0<b>Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo (AUH)<\/b>, la\u00a0<b>Asignaci\u00f3n por Embarazo para protecci\u00f3n social<\/b>\u00a0y las\u00a0<b>asignaciones familiares<\/b>\u00a0para trabajadores registrados, monotributistas, desempleados y otros grupos alcanzados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Seg\u00fan el anexo publicado, desde diciembre los titulares de AUH cobrar\u00e1n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>AUH general:<\/b>\u00a0$122.492<\/p>\n<p><b>AUH Zona 1:<\/b>\u00a0$159.240<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Los montos para la Asignaci\u00f3n por Embarazo ser\u00e1n similares.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para los c<b>asos de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes con discapacidad<\/b>, los valores se actualizaron a:<\/p>\n<p><b>-AUH por Hijo con Discapacidad:<\/b>\u00a0$398.853<\/p>\n<p><b>-Zona 1:<\/b>\u00a0$518.509<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, la\u00a0<b>Ayuda Escolar Anual<\/b>\u00a0se mantiene en\u00a0<b>$42.039<\/b>\u00a0para todos los beneficiarios.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" montos y topes<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajadores en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia, monotributistas, beneficiarios de prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo, veteranos de guerra, jubilados y pensionados con hijos de hasta 18 a\u00f1os quedaron alcanzados por los siguientes montos, establecidos seg\u00fan el\u00a0<b>Ingreso del Grupo Familiar (IGF)<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>-Hasta $948.361:<\/b>\u00a0$61.252 por hijo<\/p>\n<p><b>-Entre $948.361,01 y $1.390.864:<\/b>\u00a0$41.316<\/p>\n<p><b>-Entre $1.390.864,01 y $1.605.800:<\/b>\u00a0$24.990<\/p>\n<p><b>-Entre $1.605.800,01 y $5.022.048:<\/b>\u00a0$12.892<\/p>\n<p>Los mismos valores y topes aplican a la\u00a0<b>Asignaci\u00f3n Familiar Prenatal<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para este grupo se actualizaron otras prestaciones:<\/p>\n<p><b>-Asignaci\u00f3n por Nacimiento:<\/b>\u00a0$71.396<\/p>\n<p><b>-Asignaci\u00f3n por Adopci\u00f3n:<\/b>\u00a0$426.877<\/p>\n<p><b>-Asignaci\u00f3n por Matrimonio:<\/b>\u00a0$106.904<\/p>\n<p>(Siempre que el IGF no supere los $5.022.048.)<\/p>\n<h2>Un ajuste autom\u00e1tico atado a la inflaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con este aumento del\u00a0<b>2,34%<\/b>, diciembre ser\u00e1 el \u00faltimo mes del a\u00f1o en el que las prestaciones sociales actualicen sus valores bajo el esquema de movilidad mensual basado en la inflaci\u00f3n, mecanismo que el Gobierno mantuvo durante 2025 para evitar el rezago frente a la suba general de precios.<\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas cifras impactar\u00e1n en jubilados, pensionados, titulares de AUH, beneficiarios de asignaciones familiares y quienes perciben prestaciones universales, consolidando el \u00faltimo ajuste del a\u00f1o antes de que ANSES defina la movilidad del per\u00edodo
