Destac\u00f3 la importancia de consumir frutas y verduras de estaci\u00f3n y desminti\u00f3 algunos mitos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f3mo alimentarse en invierno\u00a0sin resignar calidad nutricional ni gastar de m\u00e1s fue el eje de la entrevista que brind\u00f3 Agostina de la Fuente, nutricionista y docente de la Facultad de Bromatolog\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de Entre R\u00edos (UNER). La especialista explic\u00f3 que la llegada del fr\u00edo no implica abandonar las verduras y frutas, sino incorporarlas de otra manera a la alimentaci\u00f3n diaria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El invierno por ah\u00ed nos propone algunos desaf\u00edos. Venimos del verano de comer comidas m\u00e1s frescas, con m\u00e1s verduras de hojas. Entonces, un poco es en eso lo que tenemos que pensar, no dejar de lado esos alimentos, sino tratar de sumarlos en otras preparaciones&#8221;, explic\u00f3 a ELONCE Radio &amp; Stream FM 98.7.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, recomend\u00f3 enriquecer platos tradicionales de la temporada, como sopas, guisos y salsas, incorporando verduras de estaci\u00f3n como br\u00f3coli, repollitos de Bruselas, zapallo, calabaza y batata.<\/p>\n<p>Legumbres: econ\u00f3micas, rendidoras y nutritivas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De la Fuente destac\u00f3 que las legumbres constituyen uno de los alimentos m\u00e1s completos y accesibles durante el invierno. &#8220;Son muy econ\u00f3micas y rendidoras. Cuando las hidratamos y cocinamos casi triplican su volumen y adem\u00e1s son muy vers\u00e1tiles. Podemos hacer desde un guiso hasta un muffin dulce para un postre o un aderezo&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n propuso nuevas formas de consumir ensaladas durante los meses m\u00e1s fr\u00edos. Sugiri\u00f3 combinar hojas verdes con frutas grilladas, como pera o manzana, incorporar cereales como arroz y agregar frutos secos, entre ellos man\u00ed o nueces, para aportar diferentes texturas y nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>La importancia de elegir alimentos de estaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La docente de la UNER explic\u00f3 que consumir frutas y verduras de estaci\u00f3n ofrece m\u00faltiples beneficios. &#8220;Son m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas y tienen un potencial de nutrientes un poco mayor que si las consumimos por fuera de estaci\u00f3n, pero no hay que perder el foco en que es importante consumirlas durante todo el a\u00f1o&#8221;, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Como recomendaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica, aconsej\u00f3 dejar las frutas fuera de la heladera y mantenerlas visibles en la cocina o el comedor para favorecer su consumo diario. Adem\u00e1s, record\u00f3 que la hidrataci\u00f3n sigue siendo fundamental durante el invierno. &#8220;El agua es muy importante y no puede faltar todos los d\u00edas&#8221;, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEl cuerpo necesita m\u00e1s carbohidratos en invierno?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Consultada sobre la creencia de que el organismo requiere m\u00e1s harinas y carbohidratos durante los meses fr\u00edos, De la Fuente sostuvo que se trata de un mito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Var\u00eda un poco la estaci\u00f3n y quiz\u00e1s el fr\u00edo nos invita a comer comidas m\u00e1s calientes, que por lo general van acompa\u00f1adas de m\u00e1s carbohidratos, pero la realidad es que tambi\u00e9n tenemos otros nutrientes que son igual de importantes&#8221;, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La especialista recomend\u00f3 priorizar carbohidratos complejos, como panes y cereales integrales, ya que aportan mayor cantidad de fibra y generan m\u00e1s saciedad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, sugiri\u00f3 reemplazar parcialmente las harinas refinadas por otras de legumbres, semillas o pseudocereales en preparaciones caseras como budines o bizcochuelos, para mejorar el perfil nutricional de esos alimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Un guiso con muchos colores<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la nutricionista alent\u00f3 a aprovechar los platos calientes t\u00edpicos del invierno para sumar verduras y alimentos de buena calidad nutricional. &#8220;Las legumbres son un gran aliado para este invierno. Te recomiendo un guiso, que puede ser con arroz integral o incluso con fideos de legumbres, y sumarle muchos colores de verduras. Los colores aportan diferentes nutrientes, entonces vas a tener una comida muy nutritiva y calentita para el d\u00eda&#8221;, concluy\u00f3.
